Q: Will this destination e hitch bike rack with ramp work on an sv rogue?

As long as your installed hitch is 2 inches, it will work regardless of the brand of hitches. Mine was installed by U-Hall.

Q: Does this e bike rack lock onto the hitch? in other words can it be stolen or does it have an anti theft feature? or, should i place it in trunk?

This rack does come with locks to lock the rack to the vehicle and the bikes to the rack. These locks are excellent at keeping your rack and bikes safe from casual thieves. However, they can be cut by professional thieves with specialized tools. Theft resistant but not absolutely theft proof.

Q: If I only need it for one bike, can the second tray be removed?

No - it cannot be removed. They’re welded together. I only transport one bike, and it works fine. The extra tray is a bonus when I ride with a friend.

Q: will Hollywood offer a ramped rack for heavy bikes slightly longer than 50", such as the Lectric XPremium?

We only offer a ramp for one of our racks at this time and its the Destination E rack, model HR4500. The HR4500 rack can hold two bikes up to 70 lbs. per bike.
