Not what I was expecting
I’ve had multiple waist trainers before and this one looked very promising..I was really disappointed after only a few days. I noticed the top edges have already begun to be loose and lose shape. The top of the waist trainer was very ill fitting and throughout the day it would start to ride up. I found myself readjusting it multiple times. Truthfully, I wish I could return it. The clasps themselves seemed very study but other than that, you may be better off with something else..

Great quality
Iam 5,4 and 129 pound. I wear a medium and use the outer row right now. The trainer is comfortable to wear ,I wear it 8 hours at work everyday without any problems.

Don't go by the size chart. I did and got one that would fit my thin as a rail husband.
I wear a US size 14 - 16 so I ordered a 2x since it said true to size. When I received it, it was WAY too small and I should have ordered a larger size based on waist measurements. Since I live in a rural area, returning it means driving 35 miles round trip plus any 'restocking' fee so basically I'd have to pay for it again to return it. So I'm stuck with a useless product.

Not long enough
Doesn’t cover the mid section very well. Leaves rolls from both top and bottom on the stomach
