What do I do?
Bought this so I could play Guitar Hero, but it wouldn't work, not sure if I have to download some sort of driver, any help would be helpful, but at the moment, it is useless.

Sadly didn't work for me
Plugged this into my PC connected to a PS2 Dual Shock 2 controller, installed the driver as mentioned in the packaging. But sadly the controls on my PS2 emulator were all over the place, the analog sticks were reversed in direction, start and select were also backwards. I'll stick with an Xbox controller.

This works perfectly on "Steam Big Picture" mode.
I have Windows 10 - all up to date and one PS1 controller. This works perfectly on "Steam Big Picture" mode.How it works:1. Plug in the Ostent thingy into your 2.0 USB port2. Connect your PS1 controller to Ostent thingy3. Windows 10 should picked up the driver and it installed without a problem.I got this to play some remastered Steam games that originally came out for the PS1. You can use the PS1 controller on Steam - just make sure you use the "Steam Big Picture" mode. And in the Steam settings under > controller settings check the options "playstation" and "generic controller".

works perfectly with my ps2 guitar in clone hero also comes with a link to the drivers great cheap little adapter 10/10!

Only for controllers not for guitars etc
4 stars ... well after buying this for a christmas present my partners son was estatic to use it, unfortunly it only seems to work for ps2 controllers, other devices like the guitar hero guitar is not supported much to his dissapointment.

Doesn't work with Logic 3 metal dance mat for PS2
Bought this based on the fact the description says it works with PS2 dance mats. It does not work with the dance mat I have, which is the Logic 3 metal pad. I did read some other people having mixed luck getting this adaptor to work with ps2 dance mats so it was a gamble. At least it can be returned!I could have given it 1 star but the pc does recognise the adaptor itself, just as a PS3 controller which might be part of the problem. The driver was of no use at all. So 2* only for the fact the adaptor does function in the sense the pc can see it, and that the item can be returned.

Horrible
Worked for a good 30 min and then suddenly stopped working. PC does not recognize it all of a sudden. Do not buy. I want a refund.

100% for what I needed - plug and play on Linux and Windows 10
Spot on - Linux didn't require any drivers. Analogue works well too. Although differently than the PS/PS2 would support.
