60 pieces not really enough ....

I bought this for my 3 year old nephew who loves building blocks and got slightly bored of them. If your child likes building things then this is a great gift. The box was smaller than I expected but that is because the pieces were tightly packed together. Good quality and nice bright colours.

It is a nice idea. Kids love it. It was my mistake that I did not read it was plastic. I would have prefered wood.

I bought these for my niece. I think they may be a little advanced for her at the moment but I may put them away for Christmas. I would suggest these are more suitable for children 5+. Younger children will love the bright colours and they are definitely robust enough for them but I think they would struggle to make anything with them. That being said, they are great for slightly older children. They are well made and slot together nicely. They are smooth with no splinters or imperfections so they slot together securely without requiring too much pressure. The box is sturdy so will be perfect to store them when not in use. The only limit to your creations is your imagination. I would highly recommend. Good value for money.

They were great to start with, staying in place. But now a lot of them slip out of position so are virtually useless for buiding. They have always been indoors and have not been exposed to different temperatures. Such a shame for a good idea.

As a preschool teacher I am always on the lookout for toys to help develop children's dexterity and imagination.This set of blocks is brightly coloured and light weight. Half of the blocks are a solid shape and half notched so they can be slotted together. The plastic blocks are strong and easy to put together, once in place they hold together pretty well so children won't become frustrated by their creations instantly collapsing. They are suitable for both boys and girls and can be used to create all kinds of models.As well as for building these blocks can be used for counting or teaching colours.The set comes complete with a strong mesh drawstring bag for easy tidying away.

Great toy for imaginary play. My grandson (4) could use and build on his own. Good carry bag.
