I love this dressing! I've been using it for 10 months and my Mustang's hooves have never looked better. This product has done an incredible job of protection against the hard, rough California High Desert footing. It's aptly named; "Tuff Guard". It's easy to apply and dries quickly. If your horses are getting worked a lot, you'd do well to invest in a bottle.

I use this Kevlar as suggested by my farrier. It was purchased for a horse with frog issues...I also used it on my 28 year old tender footed horse when we went to the mountains. I put it on him the day before we left to go to the mountains, used it the morning before we rode and the next 3 days. If you have a horse with really weak hooves or a horse that throws their shoes left and right, this stuff is a life saver. I have an OTTB with incredibly weak hooves and this is the only stuff that has kept them in good shape.
