The key reel is light and the belt clip rotates so you can pull the key / wire out in any direction.The cord seems solid and thick enough.It seems that The belt cliphas been designed for thick leather belts and if you're wearing a thin canvas type belts then there is a good chance for the reel coming off and disappearing together with your keys

This little thing seems to be the only one on the market that doesn't fall apart weeks after purchase.I have a habit of swinging my keys which causes the cheap retractable string to fail very quickly but it appears the kevlar string they use in this is much much stronger.I recommend paying the price for this product, it's better to buy well once instead of buying lots of cheap ones and paying more in the long run

It dose what needed to done. Be careful a as if it hasnt been fixed to your belt properly it has been known to fall off.. apart from that a good item

Build seems solid, recoil is good and the cord is of a useful length, but people buy these mostly for security and this is not secure. In the days I have had this I have found it has come off my belt twice. I shall look elsewhere for another make and I would advise others to do the same.

This also came with the backup of a lifetime warranty, so I feel it is money well spent. Avoid cheaper less durable products.

A bit bigger than is ideal. However has out lasted previous purchases of this type.

This is a robust device and works well. There is a strong clip to attach to the belt and the black reel swivels 360 degrees.I had previously tried one of the shiny ones you can buy on the high street at key cutting shops which fell apart after only a few weeks. It was a similar price but rubbish quality.

Strong and excellently built. I have owed this for a while now and use it on a daily basis. Securely sits on my belt and is firm when retracting. The 360 degree swivel helps a lot as it takes the strain off the cord. Highly recommend this !
