This is the second one I've purchased, and I can't imagine being without it. This thing is really makes a difference. My ribs align up with the "thumbs" and then it actually relaxes enough to get a pop.

This worked great for about four months until it finally snapped. In the end it was not durable, especially if you use it a lot.I tried contacting Magic Direct on 12/10/2023 to see if they would help with a refund or replacement and they wrote back:"hello , Cause around 4 months passed , we cant agree with you to exchange or refund after one monthWe just accept the service within one monthThank you for your understandingSincerelyMichael"I would avoid buying this until it comes with a 1 year warranty. Way too expensive for just a couple of months use.

Nice when I first got it. After about a week or two it started cracking. I weight is 180

It feels so amazing and it’s hitting all of the tender and tense areas down my spine. It’s kind of comfortable and hurtful since I could feel it hitting my shoulder blades and other bones. I feel it must be used on a hard floor to get the full benefit. It releases tension in the neck and shoulders. It took some time and effort to reposition and find a correct and soothing position to try and relax while vertebrae take position. The attempts is super simple, just lie down onto it. It's the positional mastery that seems to be the challenge, finding any comfort in the awkward position. It feels nice for back tension but my back felt very sore just after one minute of using it. You need to work up to using it longer. This is a great neck and back stretcher.

Very thick and sturdy, had to use all my weight to assemble it due to how strong the material is. Gets deep into all the muscles and my whole back cracks after.I have it on the strongest notch.

If you have back or neck pain which is why you buy this product then you are going to have a hard time assembling it to begin with. I will return.

I use it 5 minutes every night. Essential to wonderful comfort.

Do not buy this plastic piece of poo. I regularly purchase new tools for my back pain and was excited to try this. I got this out for the first time to try it, and it snapped and broke literally within the first minute of me using it. If you weigh as much as an 8 year old, this may work for you….otherwise, you should probably look for a different product that was actually made for an average sized adult. Best part is, I didn’t try this until 6 weeks after I bought it, so the return window has closed and I’m stuck with this broken piece of junk!! Learned my lesson🙄
