Interesting reading this from the perspective of ground crew. I served with Det.1, 460th TRW in 1968, and launched 264 on her final mission, and relaunched the air crew in another RB-57E, to cover its (264) destruction by fighter/bombers from Bien Hoa to secure the classified equipment and Intel on board. Excellent book on the early years of the war. I really enjoyed reading this memoir, David's writing makes you feel as if you are there experiencing it all. I highly recommend this book.
