I bought these to fit over some recently purchased 'Santa' Wellies. It's for the finishing touches to the costume I'll wear for a kid's bizarre. They are a very tight fit over wellies but they'll do for the occasion.They are cheap and do the job. If you're looking for a cheap but effective item, they'll do the job.
