Great product and customer service
This is the second time I've purchased this sugar. It's great quality and I use it for all sorts of baked goods. This second time I ordered, I was sent the wrong item. Customer service handled it right away and sent me a replacement item ASAP. Will definitely keep buying this!

Best price around
Why this size of sugar crystal is so much more expensive than other kinds is beyond me, but this is BY FAR the best price around that I could find. Worked perfectly in my baked goods when I want a sparkly crystal finish that doesn't melt away during baking. This is the kinds of sugar that you would use on pastries and pie crusts. I love it!

No melting sugar for pastries, desserts etc...this is IT
If you're looking for snow sugar/confectioner sugar this is it. I work in a major hotel in Houston, I needed to purchase this particular sugar that doesn't melt for my Bakery department. I found this while searching in Amazon. I purchased it and my Bakeshop department is completely satisfied. I will purchase it again and highly recommend.

Dull white opaque color
This is not sparkling sugar!!! It is dull opaque! I AM NOT HAPPY THAT I CAN NOT RETURN FOR SPARKLING CLEAR SUGAR.

Great product, great company
When our regular distributor stopped carrying extra coarse white sprinkles which we use daily on our muffins and scones, I didn’t know what to do. Spice Lab came to the rescue. Great product, super fast delivery. Thanks Spice Lab!

Sure, not transparent, but Good for home-cooking needs
Seriously, I'm a home-cook, and I like my home-made scones (and yes, I use this type of coarser sugar for the topping of my scones). I have to say the amount is good for the price (economical). IF you are anything towards more professional in terms of your baking/cooking, I'd say try something else if you are looking for transparency.

Not Clear
This will do for what I purchased it for, but it wasn't as I was hoping for. Other brands are crystal clear and this sugar is more opaque and cloudy. I use it on top of pies and it's better than nothing, but it's not clear as the photo seems to imply.
