This is THE version! Must have for all young children!
Perfect traditional tales for 3 year olds! I have been looking for a decent version of the old tales for a long long time! Most decent ones are out of print now. As a early years teacher I am pretty (VERY) fussy about books. I was really really impressed with how well written these tales are - I now have four different ones in the series. Still keeps all the catchphrases we know and love, can be kept simple or loads to elaborate on with text, voices, illustrations, and lovely use of language, rhyme, alliteration etc etc etc! Even my husband enjoyed bedtime stories with these! Watching our little boy enraptured with these tales has been a real joy. THANKYOU!!!

Good modern telling of the story
I'm not a fan of most fairy-tales, they can be a bit scary, but this version of Golidilocks is sweet. My two-year-old loves it, and finds Golidilocks running out of the house funny. The pictures are lovely and have nice little details to point out.

Good book, good pictures and the end of the story is different from the other versions but the children at my childminding childcare setting enjoyed it!
