I wanted an economical chair for my home office. I thought I'll go for this one as it had good reviews, and I am so happy with the purchase! I use the chair for continuous long periods, and I've had zero issues and great comfort!Pros:- Amazing lumbar support: The chair has better lumbar support than my sister's more expensive Steelcase chair- Wide seat: The seat has a wide and comfortable cushion which makes prolonged use very convenient- Mesh back: This keeps my back ventilated and still has great support- Easy setup: I have no mechanical experience, but I could set it up easily. There were also some options to customize fittings for yourself- Smooth wheels with comfortable and unobtrusive arms- Quick DeliveryAlso, the price of the chair is very reasonable for a chair of high quality. There was a genuine discount during Diwali and I got it for ₹6500, much cheaper than most other chairs I saw. I had not expected such a good quality chair.ConsLiterally none so far with the chair, but the delivery person from Delhivery was asking for my Aadhar number on delivery. When I refused, he handed over the chair and went away. That was weird, and the company should look into it, but not a real issue.Very happy, 5/5 rating

Compared to the rest of the ergonomic chairs available on Amazon, this has to probably be the best chair with a great build quality. Extremely easy to assemble as the product was delivered with the screws in their designated slots already, to avoid confusion during assembly. The plastic feels very sturdy and durable. The Adjustable back support and the tiltable head rest feels great. A nice little Allen key has also been provided to help with the screws. Probably it is a tad higher priced, but no complaints with the look and feel.

It's simple but elegant design, very comfortable in long hours, good build quality, not overcome in the space, An easy DIY hardly takes 15 to 20 minutes, if you are "less is more" kind then go for this product.

Unable to assembly with the provided alen key tool. It doesn't fit in the whole. And the whole to place the hand rest is not proper. We had to return the product. If they can assemble and make sure it's all good to use would be very helpful.

The media could not be loaded.  Firstly, the delivery was late, it took 15 days.Coming to productINSTALLATIONInstallation was exhausting. There is no installation guide, so it took some to install it.There is no spanner provided with package, so I had to buy one. The screws are low quality, one of screw was very tight, and when I put some extra force to unscrew, it got damaged somewhat.QUALITYThe quality is decent. But it is not value for money at Rs. 6499, a bit expensive.The armrests are little bit shaky and the coasters are too smooth and cause unnecessary movement. I hope it's reliable and lasts long.Can't say about back support and comfort unless I use it for few days.

The chair is super comfortable and mainly can be used for back pain problems those who are working from home i suggest you this is the best chair. Easy installation and all the tools for fixing it was given in the box but the only problem was the delivery person who didn't bring my product to upstairs I had to put my efforts to bring it up but product wise super and go for it.Thanks for the seller for replacement and gave the best one.

The chair is good and gives proper support to your back. The head rest needs some work.There are only 2 screws which support it and can fall off if not fitted correctly.The build quality of the chair is good.From price perspective it is slightly on the higher side.Request the sellers to include instruction manual to assemble the chair.

Overall the product is pretty good. Easy to assemble, the packaging was good.All parts were intact in the package. Easy instructions steps.Comfortable, looks like i can finally work for longer hours.Albeit the cost is a bit on the higher side based on the frame material used.
