Azada Garlic Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil 250 ml

I splash out on this but afraid to use it as it is so expensive. Great for finishing off red meats after cooking or splashing over cooked mushrooms or spinach, or even (sparingly) over cooked pasta. Salads great too if you can find one to stand up to this!It is too fine to cook with imo, it would be wasted. However if money is no object and you are a lazy cook you could use it as a substitute for frying olive oil with chopped garlic. Personally I would not as trying in this kind of oil is perhaps not so healthy. But each to their own!Amazing product, even just to take it out an smell it once in a while !4 stars due to price.

I love this oil! It is delicious and perfect for finishing dishes and drizzling. The garlic flavour is real and delicious. I am such a garlic fan and can't stand artificial flavours so this is oil is perfect!
