What is the difference between the x-o neutralizer and the x-o plus neutralizer - what is the difference in how or what you would use each for? use

X-O neutralizer is an odor neutralizer only, the X-O plus is a cleaner with neutralizer.  I disagree with Magali Layman, I think this is the best odor neutralizer I have ever used.  A friend with a cattery recommended this to me.  I think it is an awesome product and will continue to buy.

Question 2

Would this work on the load of laundry that now stinks because it was used to mop up spilled cod liver oil? What is the active ingredient?

We’ve never had that question before … so I can’t speak from experience … but …
We do advocate using X-O concentrate (I would use the Super Concentrate – we have it in 32oz) in laundry and we’ve had many customers use it to remove other odors.
(X-O is what I would use/try first) ….

INGREDIENTS:
Purified Water, Naturess10TM (Proprietary Blend of Essential Oils), 
Alkyl Polyglycoside (Surfactant from Coconut/Corn), 
Cetylpyridinium Chloride (Preservative/Antimicrobial used in Mouthwash).

does this help keep the dog from continuing to pee in the same area if used as a concentrate?

I don't think it stops the dog from urinating in the same spot. It just stops you from smelling the urine smell. My dogs still urinate in the same place. They don't seem to be bothered by the smell. Hope this helps you.

Will this product work on chemical odor in a car?

Yes X-O will work on any odor molecule. You will need to do what you can to remove the source of the odor molecules, and X-O can help with that also.
