Hi Everyone!!! This product is fantastic I highly recommend purchasing it. You don’t need to purchase several other things to use it. It’s a fantastic craft to complete in a few days the application process is easy and you just sit and have fun. You make the design so it’s yours alone and unique. I use them now exclusively as my table coasters and I love them. Perfect all in one craft fun to do alone or with a friend.

Awe these were fun and easy to make with my grandkids. Then everyone had their own cup/glass holder.

Fun group project. Good value and color variety. The instructions were a too vague, we didn’t know how much time for the glue to dry before starting the mortar/grout. That is why I didn’t give 5 stars. Some people tried to put glue on the tile first and then lay the tiles. Don’t do that it was a mess with glue strings. Do follow the directions and put glue on the wood and then lay the tiles. The kit came with plenty of supplies with leftovers. We ended up with 7 women so I ran to Hobby lobby and bought 3 wooden spoon rests and 2 bags of mosaic tiles. We had plenty of glue and mortar, in the kit, to make 4 coasters and 3 spoon rests. The kit also came with 4 bags of mosaic tiles to make the pictured patterns. I let people choose to follow the pattern or make their own patterns. Nobody followed the patterns. I recommend sticking closer to the patterns with a group as individuals have different creative…skills. If doing this project with kids definitely stick to the patterns. The 8 pairs of gloves were too big and cumbersome for adults to use. The glue and grout washed off easily if washed off quickly. I would purchase this kit again.

Thus kit is a great value for money. Each design comes pre packed so you can follow a template or do your own thing. Plenty of glue and tiles. Only odd thing it doesn’t tell you the proportions of powder to water to make the mortar. Kind of a guessing game. Turned out well though. Bought for ny four and six year old to give handmade gifts to aunts and uncles. Set comes with two round and two square I bought two sets so I could give a set of four square to one person and a set of four round to a second.

I don’t understand the 3% one star reviews- these are super cool coasters. I bought the kit for my 23yr old daughter bc she likes crafty stuff & she made them on Christmas morning. She was shocked- there were 8 pairs of gloves in the box, 2 LARGE bottles of glue, two mixing bowls, 4 spatula/spoons, and actually too many gems to fit on all of them so I cut a piece of wood & she made a 5th coaster. There’s more than enough grout & they turned out sturdy and really cute. The directions gave different pattern ideas and designs. The picture shown is before she grouted them, but they turned out even prettier after the grout.

Great Personalized gifts! My kids made these are personalized coasters as Christmas gifts for their teachers and grandparents. I bought three sets! I was slightly stressed doing the concrete fill-in the first time I did it, but I caught my stride and got much better at is the more I did. All grandparents and teachers were truly touched by the personalized gift!

Nice and easy crate for kids.

This was a gift for a 9 year old. I spent ages searching for a good mosaic kit, as descriptions and reviews were mixed. This one was a great selection, as the recipient loved it.

This is my second time reviewing this product. For some reason Amazon didn’t like my description. First, it comes in an unmarked plain box. Second, there’s no instructions. There is a QR code that directs you to a video, but it still does not tell you the exact amount of water to use. After making the product, the plaster stuff chipped and cracked and started to fall out. I assume this is due to not using the correct amount of water. I was unable to use the correct amount of water because there was no instructions. This is the worst product ever.
