Indigo Banana 3.5 mm Gold Plated Splitter Adapter for Headphone - White

Indigo Banana 3.5 mm Gold Plated Splitter is an awesome and useful little kit to have when you go on holiday with your partner/ friends. We hooked it up to my phone and had Spotify to go through endless amount of music which can be enjoyed with someone else without having to listen to it with just one ear plugged into an ear phone. My partner and I had great experience without any loss in the quality of sound or volume, both listening with our own earphones :)The build quality is descent and although quite chunky, it doesn't matter as you wouldn't have it in your pocket when you have two earphones plugged in. It was faultless for our entire holiday and will continue to use it on every trip. I would highly recommend it!

Sometime ago my father was bought a flat screen TV but the inbuilt speakers were not that great a sound quality. We decided to buy some external speakers that worked by plugging them in the headphone socket. This benefited us to a certain degree but because my dad's hearing isn't that great we had the idea of buying some wireless headphones to enable him to hear the sound better. The problem was how to connect the transmitter required to send the signal to the headphones with only 1 headphone socket at the back of the TV. the problem was solved by the 3.5mm Headphone splitter that works both the speakers and headphones together or independently. The splitter splits the signal with no noticeable effect on the quality at all and is compact,simple and cheap! brilliant buy.

Used with my high end Sennheiser headphones and immediately improved the soundstage pace and rhy........ just joking:good quality little 3.5mm jack splitter: gold plated and no crackling etc when you rotate the connectors.

My mp4 player's hole for earphone doesn't connect with earphone cable properly. The player is otherwise excellent. Since this splitter sticks into the player's earphone hole very tightly, I can use it to improve connection. This is MUCH cheaper than having player repaired or replaced. A hint for the product's lifespan: I use it nearly 24/7, and often listen to my player when jogging. After such usage, the connection of the splitter becomes looser after a year.

The item does what it should, is robust, cheap and arrived quickly. Perfect!Note: don't forget you have to push the jacks until total insertion to connect it OK and be able to hear in stereo, otherwise it may seem defective. Also check if your other set up is Ok, in my case I found out that one speaker was badly connected and was about to blame the splitter...

Very useful to have for journeys with two people. Sound quality was good through it and had no issues with cutting out which I have had with other products previously. Arrived promptly.

it was a great shopping but after a few uses I started to noticed one of the chanels loose the sound so any time I use it now I need to adjust the headphoes "looking for the sound" Maybe it's worth it to spend a little bt more money but being able to listen to a whole film

Bought this as a spontaneous piece for kit for myself and my girlfriend to use whilst listening in study sessions in schoolI didn't noticeable a drop in music quality (I use Panasonic inner-ear earphones rather than cheaper ones), and it serves it's purpose well.Two downsides;One socket is louder than the other, but not to an uncomfortable degree.The grip on the 3.5mm jack is very tight and requires large amounts of force to insert or remove your jack.Overall, I liked the product due to the low price, and it's worth every penny spent.
