I used them for approx 2 weeks and 2 packs were enough for me. These were primarily used in the place of underwear after my c-section rather than as a pad. I wore these and then lined them with lil-lets maternity pads and just changed out the pads every time I went to the bathroom. They're very thick and absorbent. I did find that after 1.5 weeks they were getting a little uncomfortable and I wanted to get back to normal soft cotton underwear which I was luckily able to do. I definetely recommend these for post partum bleeding though.
