I bought 2, to match in the living room and bedroom. They look great, are easy to manage, and for once the app is GREAT. As expected, you can set up schedules for different days and for the fan and the lights separately, even for the light color (bright white or soft white). However THE BEST part of the app is that you can set them up to work automatically according to the local weather with logical “scenes” so you don’t have to manually turn them off or on if the weather that day is cooler or if it gets hotter earlier. Simply perfect. Seriously , completely automatic. You can say for example, IF local weather station (WiFi) is >73 F THEN turn the fan ON at a wind speed of 3. The. A different scene for temps > 76 F, another for > 78 F, etc. this way, the fan speed is set up automatically according to local weather. You can also control the lights with scenes.It doesn’t allow for separate wires for the fan and the light as I like to wire fans to be able to control them with 2 different switches on the wall, but the remote and the app make it so we don’t need to use the wall switches at all. Also, the remote is a nice-looking rectangle and not the hose ugly bullet shaped things that most of the other fans have. This one sits nicely in the cradle or on top of the coffee table.

Purchased two of these fans. Fast shipping and clear instructions for installation. One of the fans had a motor that was not spinning as fast as it should. I sent a message to the provider and the next day they sent me a new motor that fixed the problem. They trusted me to return the defective motor and sent me a shipping label. Very good transaction.

I don’t like that when you turn the fan on it’s not set the way you left it last. There are so many settings warm light, cool light, fast fan, slow fan. It would be nice if you didn’t have to select everything every time you turn it on. We bought two of these for the porch, thus two remotes and it’s too much trouble to get both fans doing the same thing so we just turn them on or off, not using the various settings. There is a delay when you turn them off and on, unlike an AC fan. This fan works well but it doesn’t seem to move a whole bunch of air unless you’re right under it. They are easy to install and they are very quiet.

functionally the fan works fine, but the remote only works some of the time and is very difficult to pair, and will not work with most of the dimming options it is supposed to have, after an hour of fiddling with it I finally got it paired with the app and with the app the dimmer switch's work but only with white and yellow, and the white looks like yellow, next I tried to get it to work with Alexa, (AKA the reason I purchased this) and there are no light controls at all, I am going to return this product and start looking for another model.

First, fan was packaged very well. Instructions were pretty good, and it was not hard to assemble. Since I was replacing a fan, installation was not difficult at all. I was able to easily remove the old one and install the new one. I had already signed up on the Carro app and linked it to Alexa before I installed the fan. I powered the fan up and followed directions to link to the remote, worked first time. I opened the app and followed directions to discover with wifi, worked first time. Alexa saw it and linked to it automatically. The motor is very very quiet. The fan itself is balanced, , and will blow things around when set at 10, it really moves some air. The only little thing I kinda don't like is it has a separate function for white and yellow light, not a big deal though. The light plate is bright enough and can be set anywhere between 0 and 100 percent with any combo of white and yellow. I'm kinda looking forward to my other ceiling fans to go out so I can replace them also!!!

I bought and installed 2 of these fans almost a year ago and have been extremely happy with them. Love the smart integration and being able to control with Alexa. Having 10 fan speeds to choose from is also very nice.
