CDA VM550SS 17L 700W Slim Built-in Wall Unit Stainless Steel Microwave Oven

Good integrated microwave. Looks stylish. Easy defrost function. fits normal size dinner plate.

Bought this as it was the only one we could find that looked like it would fit a Howdens’ kitchen wall unit (being considerably cheaper than Howdens’ own offering). I can confirm that it did fit OK, but the kitchen fitters had to remove the back panel from the wall unit and some plaster from the wall as well. Happy with final result.

Very simple to operate. Small and under-powered compared with most microwaves but was the only one available to fit into the available space in the existing kitchen units. Stainless steel interior which is easy to clean. Quite expensive compared with larger ones.

MyChoice were superb in their contact and delivery arrangements and I would thoroughly recommend them. There is a small circular blemish on the bottom right of the microwave control panel but as we have had such a struggle to find a compatible built in microwave oven for the shallow space left by our 12 year old broken ex-model we have decided to accept it.

Had to replace previous CDA fitted into kitchen when turntable stopped working. High cost repair put to replacement but, only two new CDA alternatives and, much smaller internal cooking area with more complex controls. A fait accompli but it works.

Looks great. Fits into shallow Wren wall unit. Only 700w but as we only use it to reheat or defrost it’s fine.
