I’ve been taking Solgar Vitamin B12 100 µg tablets regularly, and I’m very happy with the quality and consistency of this supplement. Really happy with this supplement. Solgar is a brand that I trust providing high quality vitamins. I had read that methylated b12 is the superior formula as is absorbed better by the body. I just pop a tiny tablet under my tongue and it dissolves within a few minutes. Doesn’t really have much of taste. I have been taking these for about 6 weeks now as my b12 levels were borderline at a recent blood test. I can say I am less lethargic. Another bonus has been for my nails. My nails are usually very brittle and literally do not grow. There has been a massive improvement in my nails and this has been such a bonus for me! When this bottle finishes I am going to move onto a b-complex as I am also deficient in folate.

Let me stat by saying I never usually wrote reviews but these are so good I wanted to share. For a long time I’ve suffered from insomnia, getting to sleep ok but not staying asleep, waking for up to 3 hours every night and the finally waking at least an our before my alarm.
