Well built and heavy duty
Totally met my expectations as a truck driver for a large organization. I'm using it to badge in and / out of gates several times a day. Clips perfectly to the belt loops so I can tuck it into one of my pockets so it's not bouncing around against my hips. It's built well, tightly wound and it appears built to last. I've got my CDL, TWIC card and hard Passport Card in the carrier.

How my ID holder broke.
I bought this LIUGX badge holder back in May 4th, 2024. I used it regularly on work days. February 27th, 2026 was when I made the final pull to clock out of work. What happened was the retractable steel line finally snapped apart from my ID holder. If anyone's curious about how long this will last if you are a heavy user, from my personal experience using it, expect it to only last you 22 months.

It's good, a little bulky and cheap feeling but it does it's job, holds my access key and still able to tap to open my key locks at work without taking the key out. I use it everyday I am satisfied with my purchase

May or may not work with badge scanners.
This is a very sturdy badge holder, and does hold 4 cards easily. It is a little on the heavy side, and the retract coil is VERY strong. However, the front (clear) plastic is quite thick (~2.5mm) and I had about 20% success scanning my badge at work with no other cards in the badge holder, so for my purposes I took off 2 stars for that. I am keeping it though for the retract coil. It's also a bit pricier than other badge holders, but if scanning isn't a major concern then this is an excellent holder.

I use this to keep track of my LRT card which I use to access the train. It’s wonderful to not have to search for this card when you are in a hurry to get to work. Convenient and attaches to any item for easy access. Sturdy product in hard plastic and still allows you to use scanners quickly and efficiently.
