I was hesitant to buy this book but I ended up loving it. I knew all of vines except like maybe 3 of them. At the end of the book it tells you each vine that is presented and who says it, so if you don't get one you could always look one up. Good book if you love vines. I found a bunch I quote all the time. It was super funny.

Yes, I am giving this item 5 stars because the book came in perfect condition from amazon. HOWEVER, the book itself is where my issues lie. It's $8 and barely 75 pages long. The vines are mis-quoted. The drawings are just dumb scribbles that are supposed to be making fun of modern poetry. I understand it's supposed to be satire, but it's kind of just cruel....

This book is great and a decent tribute to the fallen bastion of internet culture that was Vine. It was $3 when I bought it, it seems to have gotten really popular though because the price went up. I posted about ordering and receiving it and both times I had people respond that they just ordered it too. It has a lot of great vines and one that isn't even a vine I'm pretty sure (the you could do anything pages). Great literature for book club, life philosophy, or teaching your child Jared to read. Like other reviewers I obviously wished some other favorites were included. Like come on, "my name's jeff" but no "back at it again at krispy kreme"? But really it's a great buy and cute gift too.

I received the book and luckily it was all good internally but the cover arrived with a hole in and with white powder all over it. I still love it tho just bc of the vine aspect

Wow. Wow. Wow. I feel like a dead part of my body has been brought back to like. This is the absolute best piece of literature I have ever spent time reading. Aside from the fact that these poems come straight from the late Vine app’s most iconic moments, the font and A+ illustrations make this read absolutely life changing for people of all ages who were on Vine when it still existed. I think “Cam and Collin, come in here and get y’all juice” (Kennedytayl0r), should have been included, but the absence of that particular vine does not take away from the amazing and apparent blood, sweat and tears that were put into this books conception. This book is a fine piece of literature. If u are a vine connoisseur such as myself I️ highly recommend buying this as soon as possible. It is a book full of poams to remind us of the fallen. I️ have been there from the beginning and this novel brings back good and bad memories of my dearly beloved vine, it features everything from “hi welcome to chili’s” to “hurricane Katrina more like hurricane tortilla”. The illustrations are a work of pure gold. This book and it’s worlds will live on in history books while the drawing are hung in art museums all around the world. The only word to describe this work of brilliance is perfection -avalon Distaso (still grieving)

This book basically lists some of the most famous vines or memes over the past decade. It has a small picture on each page with each vine- that's it. Some of these are hilarious, and I love it. You're better off getting on youtube and looking up vine compilations. Some are very explicit in language or content, just like they originally were online. My problem is that there is no warning anywhere about the foul language used in it. I'm ok with the book being true to the vine, but at least slap an explicit warning on it or it's description, similar to a CD or any song you go to download through any music service. My daughter asked me to buy it so she could give it to her friend for a Bday present. I should have looked at the reviews with pictures, because I would have seen some of what's in it. Once I got it and read through it, I quickly changed my mind.

This is the greatest tribute I’ve ever seen. I miss vine so much and now I know I can read this to my children before they sleep.

This book is great for anyone who likes vines. There are about 70 pages with one vine each. There are a lot of 1 star reviews here that say the content is stolen and no credit is given, but credit IS given at the end of the book, there is a list of every page with the name of the creators. Not sure if the book has been updated since those reviews or if those people just didn't look at the entire thing, but credit is given to the creators, so you can buy with a clear conscience.

Für mich persönlich eines der besten Bücher, die ich im Jahr 2020 gekauft habe. Ich finde die Parodie zu dem eigentlich Poesiebuch Milk & Honey sehr gut gemacht. Die Idee und die Umsetzung des Ganzen gefällt mir auch sehr gut. Ich kenne so gut wie alles, was in diesem Buch niedergeschrieben wurde und sehe es als eine Erinnerung an die Plattform Vine. #restinpeace. Auch super, um es seinen Freunden zu schenken! :)
