Bought this pillow for the couch, and as a lumbar support. It is wonderful. I can put it behind my back on couch, recliner, or love seat and get great back support. No more bunching up pillows, or constantly shifting. The only problem I have is when the kids grab it and lay on the floor, the pillow under their head as they watch TV. It keeps it shape and replaces several normal pillows. I'll have to buy another one. Well made, quality product, worth every dime.
