This product really seems to be helping with my chronic neck pain and nerve compression in my arms and hands. Since I have been using it, my pain and stiffness have subsided and I also feel more rested and less stressed. I would recommend it to anyone who is seeking a more natural solution to chronic pain.

My husband and I really feel we sleep better with this sheet! Only thing I wish is that the fabric were heavier and stiffer. The small half-sheet size doesn't stay put. It binds up and becomes untucked. Otherwise, great product.

I have used an earthing sheet for about 9 years, in fact this is my 3rd one in that time frame. I have learned that when I start to feel more aching it is time to get a new one. I had not realized that 5 years is too long, and even 4 years is too long for maximum benefits. Now that I am sleeping on the new one, I can tell the difference. The biggest benefit of the earthing sheet seems to be much less aching and more flexibility especially getting out of bed in the morning. I am 75 years young :-) and think with added years there are going to be some additional limitations though I hope to keep those to a minimum!! I have lived with fibromyalgia for more than 20 years but have not had the severity of symptoms I've read others have. I think as is true of so many conditions each person experiences it differently.

I haven't really noticed any difference in my sleeping more soundly or feeling more refreshed when I wake up. I do believe it ishealthful to walk on the earth barefoot but I'm not sure this grounding sheet works as was hoped.

Unfortunately, I have to say this just isn't designed well. We were so excited but now I have to return it because it's simply too skinny and doesn't sit on the bed. It immediately scrunches up. It needs some kind of clips or maybe a band around the back or something to keep it in place on the bed, or it just needs to be more like a half-sheet. I wouldn't suggest getting this product until they improve the product design.

Within minutes of plugging it in, I feel very relaxed and calm. I sleep deeply and wake up refreshed. My cat loves it, too. I let her relax on it for a few minutes just before I wash it for my use again. She's very mellow, while relaxing on it.

Not overly impressed.....I may be sleeping a little bit better...

my husband is having trouble staying asleep so we are trying the grounding sheet So far he hasn't felt a difference but it's only been 2 weeks . We sleep So well at the beach, we go barefoot most of the time and spend a great deal of time in the ocean when we're there . We're hopeful the sheet will begin to help him
