I loved this party set, for the price it was amazing. I was clueless when it came to the Ballon arch but it's cute either way.

Just about everything you need!
My 4 year old wanted a mermaid party. She absolutely loved these decorations and so did I. Everything came packaged nicely and easy to assemble the banner. We didn't create the mermaid arch, we just had the balloons filled and bought a separate giant mermaid balloon. It is very nice to be able to get all the decor you need for a party at a great price!
