Will this accept 8 different cables for 8 extension sockets and how is it attached to plaster board?

I wouldn't use it for 8 extensions and as for attaching to plasterboard the same as you would attach anythinh else with plasterboard rawl plugs or no nails.

Is this suitable for use outside?

I would not recommend that - The connections are simply punched down with a Krone punch. There is no weatherproofing in the box so it would just corrode.
