I am older and practically had no eyelashes. I’ve used this for about 4 months and I now have eyelashes long enough to wear mascara again! I actually bought this for nail strengthening and didn’t realize it could help my eyelashes grow! I put this on subscriptions because of that.

What is biotin good for?

It's also good for your brain & normal metabolism. I can't wait to try these. Oh and they are good for energy too, which I need and of course all the other benefits of hair, nails, skin
