Will have to wait as I only tried it once and that was a catastrophe.Will oil the pan more next time

I seasoned it and it still get things stuck in the pan. I think it might get better by time but you get what you pay for. Its a cast iton pan, short handle unfortunatly. The rubber part is useless so i use a cloth instead. The pan itself if so so, im sure in time it will get better.

Purchased this to replace our 30 year old Le Creuset casserole pan that had started to lose its enamel on the base. Le Creuset weren't helpful at all when trying to resolve as they offer a lifetime guarantee apparently?! So decided to purchase another brand. No complaints at all with this one. Seems as good if not better.
