Big and fun for parades!

This is a set of six "larger than life" shotgun shell shaped cups, roughly the volume of a typical shot glass. They are attached to a red beaded necklace so they can be worn around the neck. These glasses are made of a hard plastic with red and brass coloring just like a 12 gauge shell. The bottom of each glass says "12 ga" as red is the typical color of ammo in the 12 gauge platform. This is a hilarious gift for a gun lover, or for a hunting or country-themed party. Wearing the beads around the neck ensures that everyone always has their own shot glass with them when it's time to toast. These are well made, although the beads are a little bit smaller. I wish they were slightly bigger, but overall this is a great gift for anyone who enjoys shooting, partying, hunting, or just country life.

Being from southern Louisiana and having attended more than my fair share of parties, parades, and tailgating celebrations, I believe that I'm probably one of the most experienced persons when it comes to rating shot glasses and other drinking paraphernalia. These shot glasses are meant purely for fun and they definitely serve that purpose. They look very similar to a twelve gauge shotgun shell (but larger) and come on a red beaded necklace. There's a small hole in the top of the shot glass where the beads are connected. A standard US shot is 44 ml and these shot glasses are rated to hold 45 ml of whatever adult beverage you choose to put in them. In all honesty, after enough shots, you probably won't know nor care how much alcohol one of these things can hold, but if you want to amaze your excessively inebriated friends, throw out that shot size fact to blow their minds.

Not a bad item to have if you are going with a theme for your bar or entertaining. I could really go without the bead necklace. They are incredibly low quality and having a hole in the side of the shot glass is not really all that enticing. Overall look is your typical novelty stuff, not the best detail but recognizable. The shot glasses are a very lightweight plastic and the necklace is the same plastic or cheaper/lighter. Functional shot glasses, though kind of annoying having a necklace to work around when entertaining, I feel these are better as a novelty/decoration rather than a functional item I'd frequently use while entertaining.

Six shotgun shell shot glasses on a chain. Neat! I ordered these just because they looked fun to take to a party and show off. Each glass it made of a good thick plastic hanging from a beaded plastic chain. The chain is not removable short of cutting. But this is what you would need to do if you wanted to add a more durable chain. As far as looks they do look like shotgun shells, although a bit bigger and shinier. Capacity wise they are smaller than they look holding about three quarters of a standard cylinder-shaped shot glass. They are a little shorter and skinnier. You also cannot fill them to the top as the hole for the chain takes up a good portion of the top centimeter. But if you are partying you really don’t want a huge shot glass anyway. Overall, I really like these. They are a good quality and fun to look at. I anticipate some jealousy when folks see these out and about.

Talk about fun! These shot glass necklaces are so much fun to use. Your shooting friends will love them and they are a great party starter. They are very well made and a definite party favor to be kept. The bead necklace is about 15” long and then the shotgun shell is another 3 1/5” long and the bottom has "12 GA" on it. They do hold one ounce of liquid and we have had no problems with any leakage…..of course no liquid stays in there that long! I will be buying more of these and keeping them around for future fun.

These were a hit at our party. Everyone loved them. They are built well. The plastic feels durable. I poured a regular shot glass in one to see if it's actually the size of a shot and it is. They're hard to lose too even when you have had too much thanks to the bead necklace, so that's a plus and you can jingle your chain to let bartender know you need a refill lol. It's a cool idea. I like them.
