These really work I have the shakes and the supplements and in a month I'm 10 down so far

I purchased the shake, the collegian peptides and the fat burner pills. I take the peptides with the shake and I do feel a boost. I’ve been taking it for at least a month now. It works for cravings. I don’t feel as bloated . I have more energy. I usually mix the shake with water, almond milk, or coconut milk. The taste to me is not great but I’ve had worse. The taste I mask with the milk or add banana.

I had been reading reviews before buying the product and after a good positive review from Men's Health decided to try it and I was amazed to the amazing taste. The Triple Chocolate Brownie flavor is good and even after a couple of weeks of using it I can feel and see positive results.

I like that I don’t feel jittery when I take this supplement. I’ve been using it for about a month and haven’t seen a difference on the scale yet but my waistline is shrinking.

I have elevated blood pressure, so I monitor it throughout the day. When taking this product, I see that my BP (especially the systolic number) increases. I experimented for a few days with not taking it and found that my BP was where I expected it to be. I took this product today and found that my systolic number was 17 points higher after taking this product than when i woke up, before having taken any BP meds for the day. I wanted to return the product but found its not returnable, so its now in the trash. This product can be dangerous!!!

I feel good about the ingredients in this product. I combine taking this with a with healthy diet and exercise, and I feel like it provides some energy to help me get through the work day and then workout. While also helping to curb my appetite.

I think it helps suppress appetite. Not sure about the "fat burning", as I have been doing a lot of cardio, but it may be helping. I have definitely lost weight with a combination of drinking the shakes, monitoring my food intake and exercise. My clothes are also feeling looser than in previous months.
