My dog gets more water on the floor around her bowl than she drinks. I had pet mats but they always mildewed. This is the perfect solution, it dries quickly and keeps her food/water area neat and clean. It's also visually appealing.

We have tried everything. We've used place matts, welcome matts, any dog mat you can think of and this actually works. My dogs are messy drinkers and shed a lot. No mat had been absorbent enough and doesn't collect dog hair or get so disgusting that we have to frequently wash it. I was hesitant to spend this much money but its been a game changer and Id recommend it

I had very low hopes for this. But I was so desperate about solving the water spillage issue from my dogs.Surprised to find that it solved for about 80 to 90 percent of the spilling. There are still some spots, but they were quite fringe.I wish this was a little bigger. About 1 to 1.5 inch bigger overall. Especially for $90.

I bought this for my cat because he loves to play in his water bowl and make a mess all over the floor. He still plays in the water but the pet feeding station absorbs the water and it dries quickly! No more mess on the floor!

I have a cat that loves to paw at the water and make a mess and before I was using my bathroom mat like this and I just wanted my mat back into my bathroom so this was great to replace it these stones work perfectly for absorbing water and with my cat constantly spilling his water bowl this will keep my floors clean and let me have my bath stone back in my bathroom. I will say this is a little pricey compared to the bath-stones that do the same exactly thing with out the grooves. So I took a star off for that as you could just buy a bath stone for a lesser price and get the same effect. I do recommend this mat though due to the grooves it holds our slow feeder perfectly!

Works well! buuuuut I do wish it was bigger buy several inches so it could catch more water for bigger dogs. I have 80 pound golden and it does catch the first splashes of water/drool but still need to mop up a lot of water when he walks away from water bowl. If it wasn’t on sell it wouldn’t be worth the money to me.
