These knives are simply outstanding. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Regularly see the same knives being used in cookery shows by many well known chefs. Great product!

An excellent set of knives, made to professional standards. Good value for money, and likely to last a lifetime if properly looked after.

I've been using these for about 5 years now and can find no fault with them what so ever. I use a diamond steel and just a few strokes every now and then keep the blades razor sharp. The quality is instantly obvious in use with perfect weighting and balance. Amazon was by far the cheapest place I could find them after much searching.

The knives are probably fine, but unfortunately the box is scuffed and cardboard has tears around the edges. It was meant as a gift and the damage to the box makes it look like they're knock off so I'll have to return them.

Knives in package were either counterfeit or an inferior product. Manufacturer stamps on both blades did not match image on package or on Amazon and on manufacturers. Website. So sent back. Very disappointed.
