I needed to pull together a first aid kit for motorcycle adventures. This is an ideal size, durable, opens flat, spacious compartments, and holds various shapes and sizes together for a snug fit inside. No unused organizer straps or compartments that don’t have a purpose. The backside zipper is great for the flat bandages and pads, protected and fits quite a bit. The material is quality. The zippers pull easily. It is a great match for the Lone Rider mini bags if anyone is shopping for a motorcycle kit. I also received the ROLR that I look forward to using for my cooking kit.

I'm a one-bag traveller, but I'm not a minimalist packer. I'm a woman with a lot of toiletries and I like to maintain my routine while travelling, so I really value products that help me streamline my organization. I've been considering high-end/highly engineered dopp kits like Nomatic, Aer, and I even purchased one from Gravel. I've traveled with less expensive kits as well. I always return to the North Face Canister, even though I have complaints about it. But I think, at long last, the Taskin ends my search.Having a kit that's just a black hole doesn't work for me. I need a little more structure than that, but the Gravel kit takes that to the extreme with all its tiny pockets. The Taskin provides the perfect compromise for me, personally: two black holes. Each half is shallow enough that you can see pretty much everything without digging for it. I can lay it out flat while I'm getting ready, then easily fold it back up and out of the way without any hassle. You can even pack your quart-sized bag of liquids in one half.Often, I find that high-end kits add unnecessary weight. This is true of the Gravel and it's my main complaint about the North Face. This Taskin bag seems to weigh about as much as it "should." It's not heavier than it looks, but does have some structure. And I'm a huge fan of the low profile handles that allow you to carry it horizontally or vertically, and they never need to be folded or hooked or tucked away.It's a cube, so it'll fit in with your other packing cubes. And contrary to what another reviewer posted here, there is not any wasted space around the edges of the pockets; that fabric you see in the photos is just a lip and your stuff can be tucked under it. You can utilize the whole space.I really like what Taskin has designed here. This kit has resolved a lot of my complaints about toiletry bags in general: it's a reasonable weight, it doesn't make me dig for my stuff, it has discreet yet useful handles, it has a standard cube shape for travelling with other packing cubes, and it has a balance of organization and space. Can't wait to see what else this young company comes up with.

This pouche is fantastic. Two equal halves holds all of my personal are products. I recommend it for small, yet ample storage. Fits in my gym bag....

This opens like a clam shell; it stands up only when closed. Very well constructed. Looks very nice.

I have been looking for a dopp kit that opens flat for some time so I was happy when I came across this one. Now that I've gotten it I couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent and it truly opens flat. There is plenty of room for all of the things I need and it fits easily into my carry on. I highly recommend this kit.
