It works, has impressive array of silicon rubber adapters for various laptop and my mac mini fan outlet. BUT -the fan bearings are knackered or non existent so after a few weeks a rattling screeching noise told me to check it out.The fan shaft is loose in its oversized or worn bearing. I pushed some grease into the bearing space to try and take up some of the slack. Now the fan only screeches when you first switch on, and the lowering temperature shows its working.

At first the noise it made was very stable and tolerable, then after just a few weeks something inside seems to have broken and it started making a very loud and intolerable noise which made it impossible to use and therefore worthless! Also, the energy plug of the device is flimsy and it goes on and off somewhat easily.

A very easy and convenient way to cool your laptop. These days when graphics chips have to work hard, they get hot. This simply fits to the back or side of the laptop, wherever the hot air is blown out and it supports the existing fan, keeping your laptop cool.

Works perfectly. After buying this my laptop is cool all the time. It's not silent but it's pretty quiet.

Arrived earlier that expected. Does what it says on the box. Finally I can work with my old laptop without overheating it! Really happy about this product

A great idea which works really well.Although this product is a little larger than I expected it to be, it is lightweight and works really well. It is easy to use and comes with clear instructions. The silicon attachments are ideal and cover a great range of laptop models. I love that it has 2 modes- automatic is great just to monitor and maintain the temperature of your laptop while the manual mode is ideal if it can't sense any overheating (though I doubt this will happen!).I am a little disappointed that none of the silicon attachments fit my slim-line laptop (TOSHIBA SATELLITE) as they all gape at the top (see photographs). That said, it still works well regardless so really isn't a problem; just me complaining about aesthetics!While the finish on the product itself is great, some of the silicon attachments have extra in places where it should have been trimmed off, but once again this doesn't affect the functionality and is merely aesthetics (and is barely noticeable).I really like how efficient this little machine is. On it's highest manual setting you can hear the fan but it isn't that loud and, when you put your hand against the vents, you can really feel all the air it's pumping out! I also really like that I can see what temperature my laptop is on the little screen. The screen is small but is very clear, it lights up bright blue and the bold writing makes it very easy to read. It is also very handy that it is powered via a USB to micro USB cable which is easily replaceable if lost/ broken etc. and can plug right into your laptop.A very convenient and handy device to have. No fuss, just plug in and go.Please note that I was sent this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.
