I think the vast increase in veg (green leafy not starchy) and the vast reduction in carbs/sugar seem to have made my waste product less worth holding onto/speeded up my 'digestive transit' as they euphemistically say on the telly!

Distended stomach, pain rivals kidney stones: use at your own risk.
Within 5 minutes after taking this as directed, my stomach became distended, and have significant stomach and back pain. Three hours after taking it, I am unable to sleep due to the pain that rivals the kidney stone attack from last year. Am doubled over using alternating ice and hot packs to no avail. Had to take vicodin to diminish the pain.Wondering/praying/hoping that this product works its promise. But right now, the experience is excruciating.Use triphala at your own risk.
