Fighting a cold
I take a lot of vitamins, I'm taking postpartum tablets, biotin and vitamin D I've bought these simply because I'm loaded with the cold and I need my immune system to beat it off quick, I'm not sure of its affects yet as I've only taken 1 for the day but I'm hoping it gives me a boost I feel dead😂. I will update of its affects soon. Edit: perked me up abit, taste wise very nice if your cold allows you to taste actually I don't why others are twisting get it drank you soft buggers

Nasty taste
Couldn't finish them. Taste so horrible. Only bought them as our usual make was out of stock. Only good thing is they dissolve well. But never again.
