The hat is made well, but one side was crushed during shipping, now there’s a permanent crease.

Great Fit
My husband always has trouble find hats that fit him. He needs an extra large & he prefers a solid back that is not adjustable. This hat fit perfectly & he is very happy with it. I just wished it came in UCLA colors of blue & gold but other than that it is just what I was looking for.

Weirdly Asymmetrical
I love the fit, and some reviews talked about it being lighter or seeming less durable. That's true-ish, but I love the light feel. When worn backward (how I like wearing flex fits), I think it's great - have gotten many compliments. However, when I put it on forward, it is very unevenly constructed. It's like the bill was put on at a 15 degree angle. Upon looking more closely, you can tell from looking at how far the stitch line is on one side compared to the other that the whole bill is attached unevenly. I saw this in one or two other reviews and hoped it was an anomaly, but it seems like maybe it's a construction flaw that has been replicated.
