The price is pretty good for these at this strength they are pretty large so some might struggle to swallow them just something to take into account.

Very good, the oil is not old, like some brand taste 👅, the package is very well wrapped in good condition not a typical Amazon flat box, everybody can see what’s inside or take if not delivered directly to your flat door😡Also the pack of tablets is good quality seal properly not like some I bought with magnesium powder or onions or garlic powder the product came ou 😷stinky no t seal properly to storage, also this new tablets I first time ordered not come in a glass jar like my previous Solgar brands heavy to carry extra weight if you go for a couple of days or weekends, also more quantity oil in one tablet than Solgar brand, but for some people can be a bit big to swallow but it’s soft gel capsules, any way I take mine everyday with a spoon of a raw coconut oil and a glass water so I not feel any difficult to swallow it, I use mine recommended by a NHS dr specialist for Brest lumps, it worked fantastic, no more lumps, no tenderness or TPM in my period, also I reading about it’s very good for skin and hair, I’m not sure if improved for me because I use coconut oil 🌴 for years it’s the best natural treatment, hope it can help to someone want to clarify before to buy it, I definitely gonna repeat the same brand and check what more product they have.👍it’s a happy client!
