Power packed ampoule
This is a relatively new skincare brand that I have seen a lot of buzz about on social media. I had heard good things about their Vitamin C ampoule, so I really wanted to try it out. This ampoule has fourteen percent vitamin c along with hyaluronic acid, adenosine, allantoin and lots of plant extracts including mistletoe and willow bark. It works very well to lighten dark spots and hyperpigmentation. The vitamin c serum I was using before this had five percent vitamin c, so this is quite an upgrade. The texture is pretty thin and not as oily feeling as the other brand I use. It absorbed into my skin quickly and has a light scent. I haven’t had any irritation or redness from using it, even with the high vitamin c concentration. It comes sealed in a glass bottle and the dropper is separate, so once you open the bottle you replace the top with the dropper. Because vitamin c is rather volatile, it is recommended to keep it in the fridge once opened. This is good advice and keeps it from oxidizing too quickly. I am starting out using this ampoule twice per week due to its higher concentration of vitamin c, but as my skin gets used to it, I hope to be able to use it daily or every other day. I also layer a vitamin E cream on top of the ampoule because vitamin E can act as a stabilizer for vitamin c, and vitamin c can boost the anti-aging properties of vitamin E. So they’re the perfect combination. This ampoule actually does have tocopherol, or vitamin E, in the ingredient list but I still like to use a separate cream for even better results. I’m very happy with this product and will definitely be trying more products from K-Secret.

Strong scent but so far so good
This has helped brighten my skin up but nothing too impressive yet. This Vitamin C ampoule is scented with fragrance which is quite strong to me. I'm not a fan of it but its not bothering me too much that I can't use it.The ampule is packaged in a clear glass bottle and the dropper is in a plastic bag inside the box so it isn't in the bottle. The cap on the bottle is on there tight for me so it took me a minute to open it. Also inside the box is a small folded piece of paper with Q&A, directions, cautions and ingredients list info in English and Korean. The bottle is a bit on the heavy side and its small since its only 15ml. The paper says its recommended to use this within 2 months after opening due to it will discolor from oxidation. For such a small amount I don't think that would be a problem. The ampoule has the consistency of facial oil and is lightly orange in color. I can't describe what the scent is. Its kind of chemical-like. It is a bit heavy on the skin and leaves the skin slightly tacky. It does absorb easily. Might be best to use at night, but I think the oil-like heaviness is nice during the winter weather. So far it hasn't irritated my skin or cause any breakouts. Overall I think this is an ok ampoule!

Conflicting info on instruction sheet
I love Korean beauty products and think they are some of the best in addressing dark spots but…First of all, I was very surprised that this vitamin c serum comes in a glass bottle (I wasn’t sure the pic was correct…as sometimes they aren’t on Amazon…) because most vitamin c rich formulations come in a dark glass or opaque bottle to preserve the easy to oxidize formula. Then I read in their info pamphlet that their serum is “produced by special patented technology” “that prevents easy browning and quick discoloration caused by oxidation”. “Wow! That’s amazing. These Korean brands 🤩!” I thought…but then I read further down and it says “recommended to be used within 2 months after opening due to easy discoloration caused by oxidation reaction”. Huh…which is it then?! I feel like I may have been duped…This also has an added scent (very pleasant to me but may be irritating to people with very sensitive skin) so I can’t smell the telltale scent of Ferulic acid (which helps vitamin C work better) OR there could only be a minute amount of it. The formula does have a LOT of ingredients (which seems typical of Korean formulas versus US brands) which is not always a good thing. I will continue to use as an additional layer of vitamin C but I won’t use it by itself. I will still rely on my Timeless Vitamin CE Ferulic serum.

Time will tell.
I have been searching for a product to help with the dreaded dark circles under my eyes and some small pigmented spots on my face. When I first opened it I thought it was an oil but it is a serum. It has a very light pleasant smell. It comes with a dropper top. I thourough cleansed my face and used the drooper to get some product but applied it with my fingers. It goes on very smoothly and dries quickly. I am going to apply it a few times a day and see what happens. I will update the review when I see if and how it works.

Great ingredients - high vitamin C content
This serum is great! I love that it has a high vitamin C content. It has amazing ingredients. It comes in a nice glass bottle with a glass dropper. It went on my skin really nicely. It does say that you should refrigerate it after opening due to how much vitamin C is in it. So far so good!
