I ordered this remote control drone for my 7 year old son as a beginner drone. I am personally impressed with it and here is why.-It came well packaged and in a sturdy box with an extra battery, propellers and screws.-It was very light weight and initially it felt very cheap, but once I used it a few times I realized that even when it was hitting the roof or a wall it was registering no damage and the lightness of the frame made it sturdier and resilient.-The assembly was very easy as the screw driver and screws were all provided. All I had to do was screw in the landing gear and the propeller guards.-The camera is not very good quality for indoor use but the outdoor shots are passable and look nice.-The controller is one of the best I have seen on cheap or mid ranged quad copters. It has a digital display that shows the battery life, the power of the propellers when they are pushed and the camera being activated. It is a very good addition.-This is the upgraded version of the original X5C and has very good reviews over the board. I did my research before ordering it.-Overall a very good buy and will definitely recommend.

First of for the price I've paid I'm fairly happy with the camera quality when I get it to work this product is also advertised as having two modes on the transmitter however it won't go to mode 2 haven't figured out the headless function either now I'm disappointed as I haven't had it a week and it seems that the front right propeller is either pulling down too much or the rest aren't providing enough and considering a return as like I said I haven't even had it a week

This is without a doubt cheep China rubbish. I own and fly a DJI Phantom 4 quadcopter and granted I did not expect this to perform anything like that for the price I paid as I only bought it for abit of fun. However what I do expect is for the drone to at least be able to take off! Upon opening the box it looked very professional in regards to the packaging design and the drone itself looks good, however upon further inspection I noticed one of the light covers was missing, all of the propellers have been bent and when turned on only two of the four motors are running correctly. The third randomly starts and stops and the fourth just doesn't come on at all. Considering this item is supposedly retailed at just shy of £100 I think some serious thought is needed in relation to testing these products before they are sent out to customers. This item has been returned and I will find a product that is worth buying.

I have had 2 of these drones now and not sure if it is a design fault on them , but after a couple of flights one of the rotars struggled to start spinning without a little push to get it going. Both had to be sent back for that reason. When the drone did fly once you got the hang of the controls was pretty easy to fly so given it 3 stars otherwise I would have rated it lower !!!

As a regular flyer of both fixed pitch and fixed speed RC helicopters, I find this "not a toy" quad a lot of fun. It is very sensitive, easy to trim out, but the instructions are not as clear as they could be. However with experiment it all comes clear eventually and I write a postcard of the basics. One thing I did find was that it was possible to insert the micro SD card accidently inside the camera, past its slot. However, it's easy to undo the screws and release it again. I am waiting for a less windy day to try the Return Home feature on this as the plane is not as powerful and is very light weight, so even this feature may not work against a bit of a breeze. The camera is fine for such a small unit.

This we drone as great I crashed it into trees it fell a crack in the plastic but it still went on. Unfortunately this drone suffers from lightness it got blower away high and far and then dropped out of the sky in a location I do not know. So don't fly it in realy anything other than a very light breeze

got this to play with on holiday, looks well when flying with lights, needs a bit of practice. Very good value, do not forget to get extra batteries as the 2 provided only last about 8 minutes

A great present.The kids all gathered around to watch and wanted a turn.Flew better than most other r/c helicopters I have tried before.
