Assuming you tolerate stevia, these are great, fully methylated B6, B12 and Folic Acid. They are very tiny, bright red, bitter and sweet. They melt under your tongue, very quickly. Which bypasses the stomach and gut for absorption. I honestly felt better the first day I took one. Good if your body is too stressed or has bad genetics for proper methylation. Has no fillers, just vitamins and stevia.

Really work so be careful. I like these my b12 results was a small amount higher than recommended value after taking these on my blood work done at my doctors office. I like they are small and easy to take but powerful. I will take them periodically going forward
