Can mud flaps be used with fender flares?

they can but you must specify flared fenders

You could probably remove and reattach them, however there is a clip that holds them on and they are pretty tough to install. You may want to have extras available.

They fit my 21’ f150 platinum. I think all 21’s would fit except the raptors that have different fenders. Yes, no drilling.
