Talking Friends Talking Tom Animated Plush Toy with Talkback

Amazing plush toy, does the same as on the app. I bought this one to my 2 year old God daughter for Christmas as she loves to play with talking Tom on the app. But somehow, probably cause its' looks, face might look lil bit scary for two little eyes 👀 , well the plush toy scares her to the bits so whenever she's being naughty or demanding we just take it out and say "the kitty is here and he's coming and watching you.. " so she gets on point immediately. Great toy, highly recommend.

My 4 year old son is obsessed with the App on my phone, so to save my phone battery (and the lads eyesight!) I decided to take the plunge and purchase this. All I can say is the look of joy in his face was worth 10 times the amount I paid for this! He absolutely loves it and is able to operate it all on his own. It really is GREAT quality and sounds just like the app...He takes it everywhere with him and treats it like his best mate. The build is very well constructed and its nice and soft to feel. I was fearful it may be cheap looking but this is certainly not the case. It oozes class and a lot of thought has been put into this toy.I wholeheartedly recommend this product to anyone with young kids. The mouth movement is a massive bonus and adds to the value of the toy. DONT HESITATE! JUST BUY IT :)

THE PRODUCT ARRIVED QUICKLY AS I HAD PREVIOUSLY ORDERED IT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WHICH SENT ME THE WRONG PRODUCT.GOOD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE COURIER ALTHOUGH PRICE COULD BE A BIT CHEAPER, IT WAS A GOOD BUY FOR MY CHILD WHICH WAS A GREAT XMAS PRESENT.

my two year old loves the app, but very annoying watching him over the phone or pad. Bought this for his birthday and has been a massive hit. He thinks it's great; it's lovely quality and he literally gets hours of fun from it over the day. It copies, says ow etc. He thinks it's hilarious as do his cousins, so I would say that the child does not need to be familiar with the app to love this.

Value for money, my son was very happy when he saw it. I thought it’s not working , the seller wanted to send me a new one for free , luckily it’s fine. Professional customer service . Highly recommend this company.

It wasn't how it's described. On description it says that it moves the mouth, it does all the same sound like on app, but unfortunately this is not. Very disappointed with, specially my niece who is 2 years old and she would like one and it was a present for her of me, now you can imagine when she opened straight away she said that's not what she wanted, this isn't the same what she saw before . I don't know if was the seller fault, or it's just is how it is but waste of the money. Thanks for amazon I returned and was refunded.

My nieces loved the app (that this toy is based on) so they couldn't believe it when I gave them this.It does exactly what the app did, but it's obviously cuter as its a plush toy (that moves it's mouth!) and they had hours worth of fun with it. Luckily for parents this toy also has an off switch

Foreign versions.I don't think 'Tom' speaks words of his own accord, its just repeated of what you speak to him in your own language, so I don't think being Spanish makes a lot of difference to the toy itself, BUT the packing is foreign, instructions etc.If you order from the UK site and the site does not mention it being foreign, then really you should receive an English version. If you are giving this as a gift ( as I am ) then it is better to be in a language that the recipient can actually read.Contacted customer services to ask if they have an English version to send to me. They said that they will investigate this and contact within 2 days.It Would be quicker to click 'Return Item'! But if they only stock the Spanish then I may keep this Tom as he appears English without the packing/box. I haven't tested him much other than testing he worked so I dont know if he actually does speak words himself that are not copied from you.Will update this feedback when they contact me. :-)No educational value at all, just a fun toy, I found the talk back to be a bit on the quiet side, you have to speak up loud to get a nice clear talk back sound. I can see it losing its novelty value after a few hours to be honest, so quite a pricey gift really. But will bring a smile to a face of anyone that likes the talking friends android apps. Opted for this over Talking Ben, no reason other than I prefer the Tom app.It cant be all that bad as I am happy to keep it. I think it will still make a funny and different gift for someone.Would I recommend? errr.. if it came in English version and you don't mind paying out a fair few quid for a novelty toy that may not get a 2nd set of battery's put in it when these ones run out. Not knocking it, its fun. Just not something you would continually play with for years to come.Cheaper than the new Furby though, which no doubt will have the same novelty value for a short period of time ;-)
