Worth trying if your teenager lacks energy and feeling fatigue
My 15 year old is struggling with tiredness and lack of energy and just doesn't know what's wrong during some months. I purchased these to try, I have used the Well Woman tablets and knew they were good, so we tried these, and she is so much better, we did try the subscription on Amazon, but after having issues with them and not accepting any of my debit cards, we found them cheaper in Superdrug. The tablets are big and I did worry about my daughter swallowing them, but she did manage them ok.

These tablets are quite large so difficult to swallow.they have no taste .my tenn hasn’t felt much difference yet but everyone is different.good brand and good price with a high vitamin content

Honestly they are all in one
It really helped my daughter to full her vitamin deficiencies- teens eat lots of take aways and the don’t get enough vitamins- this one really helped- very effective on tiredness and physical strength
