Amazing product, really needed a new place for my daughters little shrine so she had somewhere special to be as I now have a kitten and did not want to risk him knocking her off in the living room, easy to assemble, easy instructions and great value. Me and my fiance love this so much and are over the moon with it now our girl has her own special unit all to herself. (Edited out my daughters face in the picture for obvious reasons)

The shelves were really easy to assemble, no tools needed! They are very sturdy and well made. Fantastic value for money. I wanted a corner unit to put at the top of my stairs and it fits perfectly!

The item arrived in good time but as I unwrapped it I became aware that I wasn't the first to do so, the box was heavily taped together. Once I got into the box I inventoried the contents and found that the bag container the threaded rod joiners was open and one of the threaded joiner rods was apparently missing. Being a handy sort of chap I made my own alternative joiner by cutting down an existing bolt and proceeded to try to put the thing together.I then discovered why the item had probably been returned previously, the top shelf is the only one that does not have through holes but should have threaded inserts to mount the first of the joiners. On first inspection it appeared that there were NO such holes! On closer inspection I realised that the plastic sheet of pretend oak had been affixed OVER the holes, a few seconds with my trusty penknife and we had the appropriate apertures.During the construction I also discovered that the apparently missing joiner was screwed (the wrong way round) into one of the leg pieces and thats why I had missed it in my original check.All in all the unit was what I expected for the money but it would have been nice to know that it was a previously owned, if unused, item.
