Update: Great Bottle… but mine broke, but has been replaced!!
I had used the bottle every day for 1.5 months. All of a sudden the lid broke into 2 pieces. I remembered the advertisement said there was 1 year manufacturing warranty so I sent a comment for help to the seller. It seemed to be the same issue other customers had noted in their review. But the seller never responded… so I don’t know what to do now. The actual quality of the bottle is superb, but with a broken lid, it effectively becomes uselessUpdate: 21 June - I have received a wonderful email from the seller. They have explained they couldn't get back to me as they didn't have contact details and had to retrieve from system. They have very kindly explained that my issue is fairly isolated and yet they will ensure that they take the feedback to ensure the on-going quality of their product. They have offered to replace the bottle and this is great. Its actually a superb bottle (when lid works) so my preference was replacement - so i'm delighted, and i think this Company is very honest and trying their best!

Cap is not of good quality. Bottle too narrow and tall.
Bottle is too narrow and tall, making it a little unstable. Cap came apart in the first week of use. However contents remain cold several hours later, which is the purpose of the bottle. Overall good. Maybe more thought to the proportions and cap quality.

Design is very nice - good looking bottle
Had just a couple of weeks and it fell on the floor and the lid broke completely off.Update: Amazingly Doze replaced the bottle free of charge with no questions asked. The new bottle has a new designed lid. Their customer service is amazing wanting to sort the issue out immediately. Thank you Doze!!!

Great capacity, fits into car cup holders perfectly, and keeps drinks cold for hours (even in this heat!!)

Broke from a normal fall
Mine broke, I was holding it and it fell out of my hands and the cap broke , wasn’t even a huge fall, my phone survives this height.
