Suction is great for large volumes of water, but for shampooing it lacks.

I purchased this for home use, due to have a large living room and sun room. My tradional shampooer doesnt do well on my sun room carpet because it is a cement slab and isnt perfectly level and the traditional shampooer can't create a suction; so I decided to get this in hopes of being able to create enough suction to shampoo my carpets. I also thiught it would be beneficial to not have to dump every 1 gallon of use for my traditional shampooer. In my experience the handle leaks all over, and you have to use a lot of effort to push the suction head down and suck up water, leaving your clothes soaked. It's a lot of effort to dump the canister and the tank for the water/cleaning solution. I think I'd rather just use my traditional shampooer, and replace my sun room carpet. The vacuum portion is okay for tile/laminate, but if you want to vacuum the 2 handle pieces come apart a lot. They're metal on metal and just slide together, so they're not going to hold because they don't form a good connection.

This is a professional cleaner. We do foster care and clean our carpets once a month and use to have someone come in and clean at $350 a time. This cleaner has saved me hundreds of dollars;

Water valve doesnt work and some of the brush tools are missing. While trying to return the product it has been awful!! They keep trying to do everything but take the product back. Worst experience dont buy from them

Works really good. Like the tools that come with it. The only thing I would change is have it so that you can do small spots without using a huge tank. Other than that works great

The overall quality of the device is good, however the unit I received, the water pump broke after about fifteen minutes of usage. The seller eventually after a lot of back and forth, and them requiring that I send videos which cannot be uploaded via Amazon, they sent me a new water pump which i had to replace myself. I have the necessary skills to install the new water pump once I received it. so all is well now. Device is good. but communication with the seller was difficult. they took 24-48 hours to respond to any message. in the end they replaced the broken part, but that solution will not work for someone without some basic mechanical skills.
