Great for a variety of things, keeping in doula/midwife/birth bags, sports, hiking, quick grab for the kids when they haven’t had 3rd lunch and they believe they are dying of starvation, easy to open, all were sealed when received so that was a plus!

Goes great as snack or in tea. The tube of honey is bit difficult to bite open. Would definitely buy again.
