Allergan Refresh Tears Lubricant Eye Drops, 0.5-Ounce Bottle

Allergan Refresh Tears Lubricant Eye Drops promise to provide temporary relief of burning, itching and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or exposure to wind or sun. The makers also state that the product may be used to protect against further irritation of the eye. And I must say, they deliver what they promise. I have never-ending eye irritation from never-ending allergies, and consider it helpful to use this product twice a day. However, I do have one problem with it, the packaging. It comes in packaging of different sizes, of course, including individual-use packets suitable for carrying around. I have already tried and reviewed the individual-use packets, and found that I didn't like the applicators: you must break the tip off to access the product, and it leaves a rough edge that can irritate the sensitive eye area. But, oddly enough, I have a problem with this kind of packaging too. I have used many, many of these little containers, and always find that after a week or two, it is very difficult to squeeze any product out. It's worse than ketchup; remember Carly Simon's "Anticipation?" Helpful folks at Allergan, can't you please find a way to make this highly-useful product more easily, readily available?
