I had to leave a review to share the benefits of these magnets. They’re more expensive than some others but you get what you paid for. I installed them 2 weeks ago and the benefit is obvious right from the get-go. The limescale deposits on taps and kettles are visibly reduced. I would say: that’s result! Great product.

Seems to help reduce limescale

A professor on a forum said basically that these magnets are a waste of time; sorry I’m only an average lay person. But before purchasing these magnets, I had bad lime scale build up on all the taps and both kettles, now 95% of the lime scale as gone. There is sometimes a slight residue of lime scale that just easily wipes off. I did also read that the magnetic force works better in some areas than others, depending on the chemical composition of the water where you live. So basically there is a risk that it won’t work, or be very efficient where you live. My lime scale was so bad, that the risk was worth taking. I suppose it also depends on how powerful the magnets are. These that I purchased seem very powerful magnets, for the job that they need to do. Hope this information helps.

I put all 4 on the same cold water pipe to the kitchen tap. De scaled my kettle and started clean and fresh. Kettle still still scales up at the same rate as before. White bits within days floating in my kettle. If all four can’t even do one tap how can they do a whole house. The cheap way never works. I will be looking into a proper water softener whole house system and don’t expect to get any change from £1500.

Order arrived on time without any problem. Easy to fit. Do they work? - I don't know as it is too early to tell. There is no instant indication that the magnets are doing anything so only time will prove that.

Swift delivery. A very power magnectic. The product does look a lot smaller than the picture shown. Can only fit a tiny pipe under the sink.

They are easy to fit "AND THEY WORK" amazed first on the shower where the shower screens were always a victim for hard water making cleaning a chore, no longer the case, easy to wipe over dry without water marks well recommended will buy extra units for main water line.

A little fiddly to install, and I ended up not using the zip locks & just reply on the magnetic pull. I'm not 100% convinced these actually do what they advertise & there is really no way for me to check... but even if it's only 20% effective...thats better then nothing.
